Talc Powder Application:

Talc is a kind of quite soft stone, which is not easy to process. The talc powder is used in many industries such as refractory materials, paper making, filler of rubber, insulating materials, lubricant, pesticide absorber, leather paints, cosmetic material and carving materials, ceramics industry, etc.


How to Make Talc Powder?

To making Talc powder, the application has a strict request on the powder whiteness and the fineness usually need more than 600 mesh. According to our customers' feedback, we recommand you use our HGM Series Ultra Fine Grinding Mill, which fineness can adjust from 30-2500 mesh, is designed and manufactured based on our advanced design idea, in combination with the European technology and the market demand.

The final fineness of calcium carbonate ulra fine grinding mill can be adjusted between 325 meshes and 2500 mesh (47-5 micron), and the product fineness can reach D97≤5μm

Talc Grinding Mill Working Flow:

Whole grinding line: crusher(hammer or jaw crusher or others) + elevator + hopper + feeder +  main unit grinder + cyclone power collector + pulve bag dust cleaner + blower + muffler + sound-proof house

Stage 1. Talc are transported into crusher by truck and crushed into small particle size, and then lifted into storage silo of main machine by bucket elevator.

Stage 2. Talc comes from hopper and feed into main mill uniformly by vibrating feeder, then goes into pipes.

Stage 3. In the grinding process, qualified final product after screening system will go into powder collector, and then go out from outlet. Unqualified product will go back to main mill and regrind until it get the needed size.

Stage 4. The air flow after purification will go into fan from pipes that up the bag filter
